Minneapolis, MN – Maintenance worker Mike Scharlepp dug up the pitcher’s mound after the Minnesota Twins lost to the New York Yankees in their final game at the Metrodome.

The last long ball
Minneapolis, MN – Yankees catcher Jorge Posada hit the game-winning home run in the seventh inning to help the Yankees sweep the Twins in the American League Division Series. The 4-1 loss was the Twins’ final game at the Metrodome.
